Our role in each acquisition is comprehensive from initial research, hands-on personal inspections, conservative detailed analysis, investment presentation to include multiple exit strategies, and final closing. In addition, each property is thoroughly evaluated for capital improvements and actively managed to preserve high returns and yields for our clients. Our expertise is in C+ and B class complexes needing value add. This allows our investors to have a passive and hands-off approach to building wealth.

Geographically, we focus on targeted regions within the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast that demonstrate both population and economic growth. We have purchased over 30 properties ranging from 36 units to 428 units with more than 3,800 units in total. Opportunities that exist outside our primary search criteria will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
